always had a good experience when in store and the results of my nails are always exactly like the picture. the staff are very welcoming and friendly. whenever i get my acrylics they stay intact and don’t chip 🩷 always recommend this place to people 😙

Iv been here before and it has been lovely but I went last Saturday th guy who did them took so long and I asked for oval he did a different shape and looking at them 4 days later they look like they have been done for weeks im not happy as I spent £35 unfori wont uae this shop again which is a shame because theu have been good in the past

I just want to say this is an amazing Nail salon and the owner is amazing kind and I give them 5 stars because they have always been very kind to me and my daughter who gets her nails done. I don’t know how anybody can give them bad reviews because i’ve never had any problems with any of them.

If I could give no stars I would.
I visited on the 25th July, patiently waiting as was busy.
Was finally seated with a gentleman who started to do my nails, full set.
He asked how I’d like them, I responded short as possible for almond.
7 requests later for shorter nails I asked another member of staff to make him make them shorter, again still not how I wanted, so asked another member of staff, to which I finally had the length I wanted, all be it the wasn’t all the same length.
After I finished in the chair 2hours and 10min later I went to pay, it was advertised a 10% discount for new customers. This was refused and just told cash only….. so I paid my £37 and left.
Left feeling deflated as this is the only time I have time to myself to have my nails done.
I messaged on Monday the 4th August to say I wasn’t happy with the quality as they was chipping in the nail bed and coming away. At this point I was on holiday. Was told to pop in to sort them, but obviously I wasn’t going to drive back.
By Tuesday the 5th they was all off.
I asked for refund in a message, for £37 I wanted them to last longer and expected them to too.
I sent 4 more messages that was read and not replied too.

Saturday 9th August I went to the salon to say how disappointed I was in the quality and experience.
Was greeted by the same man that did my nails….. was first offered a £20 voucher but I refused this as I won’t be attending the salon again. I told them £37 was what I wanted.
Another lady kept telling me the company policy, but this isn’t on display for anyone to see.
I had to ring my husband to come as the gentlemen started to ask questions I wasn’t happy with, like where I live and proof I’ve been on holiday.
He checked the messages I’d sent to the company Facebook and found my messages and proceeded to look at my Facebook profile for evidence I’d been away.
We was both intimidated by him that we had no choice but to ring the police.

Still refusing any form on refund, and talking with the boss, despite the lady saying she was the boss.
The gentleman again started to threaten me and my husband, I was threatened to be locked in the shop.

He then told me if I’d paid by bank transfer I’d get a refund but because I’d paid cash I couldn’t prove I’d been there.

At this point we rang the police……

After 45 min of back and forth, abuse from the gentleman, the lady telling me it’s a refund and I never show my face in that salon again, aggressively!! And getting advice from the police before they could arrive.

She finally put my money on the counter but to only then try and snatch it away from me.

The police asked for us to gain a policy number for the company, but all they could show was the lady’s qualifications for nail tech. Couldn’t show any policy’s or insurance certificates for us to upload for the police.

After a very quick google this isn’t a registered company….. so very doubt full it’s got insurance!

Don’t go in this salon if you want quality.

Amazing store with a great team and superb attention to detail.

I did not feel rushed at any point throughout the appointment and got chance to relax and enjoy the experience, in comparison to other nail outlets where your out the door no sooner than you arrive.

If your looking for a excellent nail service with a high quality finish and friendly atmosphere Would highly recommend - the best by far!
