Timing is soo poor. They have a booking system but never been on time. I had my appointment booked for 10am but I didn't get seen till 10.45. The worst thing is, when you walk in they say 10mins so you wait around and before you know it I've just wasted 45mins. If they just told you upfront and were honest and say it will take 30mins or more. People can decide. But they just keep you hanging around.
There is really no point booking appointments..!
Staff sit and talk about you and other customers in their own language. Especially when you ask them to change or dont like something.
They really file your nails down so thin. Some staff are really rough.

My daughter had her nails done today for her bday. The shop has a lovely clean fresh look about it and its very spacious and very pretty.It was nice to not have to go into town and sit waiting to be seen for hours. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The price was offered before they started and although expensive (as the lady herself said it would be)it was my daughters choice of detail not their prices, still a good price for what we got. I was happy to proceed. The detail in her choosen design for her Nails was second to non. The young man did them and his art work and attention to detail is outstanding. My daughter said he was gentle too as some places have been rough and rushed before now. We were there for some hours, again the detail that was in the nails, but id rather that than rush them and get it wrong. We have had many nails done by others in the past but so pleased we tried here the best weve seen so far!! We recommend and will use this shop from now on.

Excellent beauty nail work (and they do eyelashes ) ;)

Always love going to this place to get my pedicure done. The staff are super friendly and the shop is so nicely renovated (nice chairs for having your nails done). Was offered a nice cold drink on arrival which not many places do.

I hadn't been there for 6 weeks due to work and family reasons and my feet needed a pedicure and although they desperately needed a lot of work getting them nice again, the young girl did a fantastic job on both feet and now they feel super great again.

The lady I had was really rough and she had cut my cuticle , and she was also rough with all my other fingers and they hurt afterwards. This May be controversial to say but one of the workers bought their toddler in and it was whacking at my shopping and the mother , which was also a worker was there just smiling about it. That really annoyed me.And also the facts my fingers were aching didn't help. In my opinion , they could have at least entertained the baby in the staff room with toys. My fingers really hurt afterwards. The lady was just so rough with them. I would not recommend going here.

I’ve been here twice and this last time, the guy who did my nails just filed the old varnish off until they were paper thin, was then going to leave a bit of the old varnish on, until I pointed it out and then broke one of my nails after filing them to the shape and was going to leave that too until I told him to just cut it off! This was about a week ago, and since 1 day after my appointment, I’ve had to cut all my nails down because they’ve all broke and they are sore. Poor service. I’m not coming back.
