As a customer who has supported Harmony Nails for 9 years, we truly appreciate your loyalty and custom over the years.

We would like to clarify the pricing regarding this visit. A Gel Toes service is £24, while a Gel Removal Only service is £10. When both services are carried out together, we charge a combined price of £26 instead of the full £34, meaning an £8 discount is already applied when removal and reapplication are done in the same appointment.

In this case, although there was only a small amount of gel remaining on the two big toes, the removal process still required additional time, products and work before the new set could be completed. For this reason, we were unfortunately unable to remove the additional £2 charge requested. Our prices are clearly displayed and applied fairly and consistently to all customers, whether new or long-standing clients.

We would also respectfully note that in your review, there were no concerns raised regarding the quality of the nail service itself, including the finish, durability or workmanship provided over the past 9 years. We are proud that you chose to return regularly every three weeks for such a long period of time, which we believe reflects the consistent standard of service we always aim to provide.

Regarding the temperature in the salon, our heating system is set to operate automatically before opening , which we believe you have personally experienced during your visits.

Like many businesses, we continue to face increasing costs including rent, utilities, products and other operating expenses, while still trying to keep our pricing as fair and stable as possible for our customers.

We completely understand that this situation may have felt frustrating from your perspective. However, we also hope for understanding that salon pricing must remain fair and consistent while still reflecting the time, work and costs involved in providing the service.
