Google Always lovely, the luxury pedicure is so good. They use lots of different treatments and foot masks, attention to detail is great and who doesn't love a massage chair? Ive not had a pedicure like it anywhere else.

Google Came here today because saphires was closed, should of known by the look of the place not to go in, chose to not judge a book by its cover so went in, set took 2 hours the man I had made me bleed twice when I asked to clear the blood he put a bright green liquid on it that said liquid cleanser in big font and in fine print underneath said numbing solution I have never seen this before and was shocked of him putting it on with out even asking, did knock £2 of the price as “i was waiting a while” however I will not be going back and will stick to my regular place at sapphires.
Owner Response:
Thank you. But that’s a hemostatic solution. We prepared if for you as quickly as possible because we only accept appointment on sunday . Since you didn’t have a appointment , we arranged for it and did it as fast as we could. We hope you will give us an objective review for other shop in the future . We didn’t want you to wail long , but we had to prioritize appointments…

Google They completely ruined my nails. I was made to bleed during the process, and they drilled so aggressively that two of my nails painfully broke the very next day. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. On top of that, their tools didn’t look sterilized at all, which is extremely concerning. Definitely would not recommend this place.
