Once you have your nails done at this place, you will never go anywhere else! What an experience! A guy did my nails few days ago… A bit of manicure, acrylic nails with tip extension, french with some diamonds… Absolutely perfect, beautiful nails! And I was out in 40 minutes! Thank you so much!

Don’t come here unless you want your phone snooped through!! Showed the nail tech my phone so he could copy a design I’d saved, I saw him going in my phone settings and changing various things, didn’t say a word to me or ask so if I hadn’t seen I wouldn’t know. He also swiped in my camera roll and saw a bra that I’d screenshot online, proceeds to tell his mate about it!! Been coming here for 6 years, never again. What a complete invasion of privacy and boundaries.

Went this morning with my daughter who is in a wheelchair I've said before I wouldn't return but thought we will try again wish we hadn't it seems my daughter is an inconvenience for them as they ramble on in there language as she can't fit through the gap on the desk making her very uncomfortable so she decided to leave. you should be ashamed of yourself

I’ve been going to Hollywood Nails since 2018, originally for acrylics, and they have always been super friendly and incredibly talented, especially with nail art. I kept going right up until I moved away from Kendal, and recently visited again just before Christmas. Despite it being a busy time, I was easily booked in and, unsurprisingly, they did another amazing job on my nails. I’ve had acrylics, gel, and builder gel here over the years and every single experience has been brilliant. No other nail salon has compared for me – Kendal truly has a diamond with these guys.

Walk in service and Nails done today by young man. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. Hate long nails and he did a perfect job and trimmed to perfect length. Sparkly red polish. Fab service and so quick. xx.

made my cuticle bleed and when I went to pay told me they didn't accept cards - I had no idea it was cash only as on here it says card payments. made me bank transfer but then made me prove that I had sent the money, which shows the amount of money before and after the transfer. however they shouted that I needed to prove payment in front of a full shop, I was heavily embarrassed so I will not be coming again. heavily disappointed

I came by appointment and ended up sitting for 30 minutes waiting for them to ruin my nails. I paid 36 pounds for an absolute disgrace and thick, ridiculous stumps. Rude attitude towards customers, they work on a stream and do not worry about reviews. I am leaving my comment for those who do not want to ruin their mood for the whole day. I had to go to redo my manicure in another salon. Disgusting

Popped in at 09:15 today to ask for an appointment for my niece who is 8 for a basic nail polish manicure. She was very excited, we were told to come back for 10:30. We returned at 10:30 and waited nearly 40 minutes before walking out. My niece was very upset. Not acceptable to treat anyone with an appointment this way, let alone an 8 year old. Poor customer service.

Always great - quick to offer advice and recommendations for styles and colour etc when requested, great technical skill and lovely staff! I have always been very happy with any set, touch up or even simple manicure I have had here.
