Went today used to go a few years ago , changed hands and I changed salon. But would reccomend the lady I had today , she was quick efficient and loved my red nails. Will be back.

Very very poor service came in for nails and toes as soon as stepped foot in the door got told no go away? Even tho I rang beforehand double checking they had availability etc I was dumb founded I said I’m happy to wait if busy to which the lady replied no more go so I turned and left will never use this nail bar

asked for Almond shape but they gave me square, very rude and ignorant, said to me my nails would be £27 but charged me £38. will not be coming back

Always go here but the one time I'm not happy with my nails as they went yellow...I was dismissed..no sorry..showed my nails...abruptly I got... what do you want?... really?..not the best service?

Used to do really nice nails but of late they have been awful...

I went and had my nails done less than 2 weeks ago for an event, showed them what I wanted and they only done half of what I had asked for and getting that part was painful with them not listening.

Within a week one nail had snapped and the rest were crumbling off so I went in to get them fixed and only the snapped nail was fixed.

I just went in today to get them properly sorted because another 3 nails had lifted completely off my nail (so only been on for less than 2 weeks) and clearly said clearly that I wanted them all fixed cause the job that was done in the first place wasn't right and I was told I had 2 get a completely new set put on, i was then charged full price of a removal and a new set.

When I tried to explain that this was to fixed the job that wasn't right in the first place the man started arguing with me that he had already fixed the nails and that it was full price, I said he sorted 1 nail the rest were still not right he got more argumentative.

To charge a customer full price for the fixing of a job that was not done properly in the first place is ridiculous and then to argue with a customer about it is even worse...

If you want an expensive set of acrylics that are not what you asked for and to last for less than 2 weeks then look no further...

Absolutely shocking place. Nails were terrible. Nothing like the ones in the book they give you to look at...told them I wasn't going to play and they cut them off and burnt my daughters finger because they were being rough 🤬🤬. DO NOT GO HERE!!!. ID LIKE TO GOVE THEM A MINUS!!!!!. plus they were very late...1.5hrs....then she was going between someone's feet and my daughter's nails 🤢🤢. Disgusting.
