Had an appointment at 1:30, had to wait 15 minutes but wasn’t a problem as they just opened as was busy, tea & coffee was offered which was lovely & I think for the price you pay you get a really good service & lovely staff :)

Horrible experience from start to finish. I booked builder gel extensions and specifically messaged beforehand explaining that my nails are extremely fragile and I did not want rough drill filing used. I was told they would “try their best.”
When I arrived, the technician seemed rushed and didn’t appear to know what service I had actually booked. Without asking or confirming anything, she started prepping my nails for acrylics and cut my natural nails short for plastic glue-on tips, despite my natural nails already having length.
I was also told the colour I chose “wasn’t nice” and pressured to pick something else instead, which was unprofessional.
Most upsetting was that she used an electric drill on my nails after I clearly said I did not want this done because my nails are extremely fragile. She insisted “it’s the only way for it to stick,” which simply isn’t true. The drilling was painful enough that I kept physically jumping from the pain.
When she then tried to apply plastic tips after I had already explained that they damage my nails badly, and again insisted it was “the only way,” I walked out.
I left upset, in pain, and with sore over-filed nails. I would not return or recommend based on this experience.

Loveliest staff, quiet atmosphere with good space. Large range of colours available and equipment all impressively modern. Was very excited for this salon to open and im so happy more staff from Vietnam are expanding their business. All very hardworking and polite. Made effort in doing the job quick. Highly recommend to all gals who love their nails done. Coalisland will be in awe of the talent in this salon. Definitely coming back again!!
