Got biab extensions and it said 35 pounds me and my sister were charged 40 and we got french tip design the boy was abit rough with my fingers and left with sore fingers from him filing too hard

I’ve been here a few times. They have a good colour selection, but only one person can do any designs. Even simple requests like ombré or cat eye (which they advertise) were repeatedly refused because “that technician wasn’t in.” I eventually accepted plain colour only or whatever they can do for me.

They don’t do proper cuticle prep and don’t apply a top coat, which causes the colour to fade and lift quickly. My last three sets lasted barely two weeks as it either faded or nails came off. When I returned to explain this, I was still charged extra £3 per broken nail. Chrome chips off within a week and Cat-eye is not even a cat eye as they don’t know how to use the magnet. Its not worth £35 - £40

The last visit was the worst — both thumbnails chipped off after two days. When I went back for a fix, I was met with passive-aggressive behaviour, and the woman grabbed my arm while my nails were under the UV lamp to put my hand “more correctly”This was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Despite being offered a discount, I won’t be returning

if 0 stars could be given i would give 0 that wee man with the glasses is cheeky my nails are sore he was very aggressive with my hands and could see i had open wounds on my fingers and still was very aggressive not one to complain but this is a JOKE. and he was getting moody with me because i said that isn’t the nail colour i asked for… so mature for a whole business isn’t it tony. disgusting behaviour.WILL NOT BE BACK my fingers are sore as are my nails. on my nail my nail polish is missing he does abit of the nail and doesn’t do the side of the nails plus my real nails at the side are completely off pictures there. and you can clearly see where my nature nails are supposed to be.

Honestly I rarely ever leave reviews but this was is needed! Would give 10 stars if I could. First time visiting and was greeted by OG Tony haha as well as his lovely dog who never left my side when getting my nails done. Tony spent 40 mins on my nails which turned out amazing!!! Honestly I dread getting my nails done sometimes and sitting for ages but this flew in completely and Tony was absolutely brilliant and so friendly! I will most certainly be back, thank you so much🫶🏽🥰x

Horrible, the equipment looked dirty and the women there was very aggressive. I went to simply get my nails removed and she didn't even take them off fully, there were chunks still left behind and only noticed after leaving and was charged £10 for it. While removing she was rushing the whole time and did nothing after she simply slapped some oil and left all the dust on me.

Found Anna to be very rude. She had 2 telephone conversations and was texting while doing my nails. Felt very rushed and nails not well rounded at the top and some are different lengths. She just pushed my hand when she wanted me to put it under the light and never touched my cuticles. Wouldn't go back. Was £33 for infills. Normally I pay £30. She never spoke to me at all. Her son Tony seems lovely and was chatting to his customer. He started his customer before me and was still doing hers when mine were finished.
