Really disappointed in this service. The beautician barely spoke and it felt really uncomfortable, like she’d rather not be there. There was no attempt to put me at ease.
Only when I was finished was I informed that this was a cash only business meaning I had to run in the rain to nearest cash machine.
When I got home I was devastated to realise that none of the areas (lip, underarm, bikini, and leg) had been properly waxed at all. There was multiple long hairs clearly visible everywhere and there were several bits of wax still remaining in bikini area which had caused my clothing to stick and was very painful to remove. I had booked through Fresha and there was no option to contact the business.
I chose this business because of all the 5* ratings but I would not recommend and I’ll certainly never be back.
