Well, it’s not the best. But for 30 pound it’s alright. Definitely unprofessional but my nails were done quickly. Charms fell off but I had my own gel and UV lamp at home so I sorted that out. Nails aren’t perfect but still cute, I like em and they’re strong, they’ve lasted me. If you’re on a budget and want ur nails done go ahead but if you’re looking for higher quality this probably isn’t the place for you.

Shocking service.
Asked for a pale pink was given a milky white that appeared yellow on the white acrylic they applied. Was shouted at by the female for questioning this colour prior to her rolling her eyes and grabbing my hand. Badly applied acrylic around my nail bed and uneven french tip polish. I will never return. Waste of money

This place is an awful place to go get your nails done, I went here and it’s disorganised and confusing at first. Whenever they had put the acrylic on my nails they had put it on my cuticles, which is not what should happen. They had damaged my actual nails by removing my previous acrylic with an electric file while caused breakage in the middle of my nail. They acrylic that they use was then really hard to get off afterwards, it was coming off my nails like a jelly substance and not how actual acrylic is supposed to come off with acetone. I’d never go back again.

Good price, nails always look exactly like a picture, never fell off or chipped, wait can be long but the comfort of getting my nails done without an appointment is bigger plus due to my changing timetables at work. I can pop in whenever I have time for it. The environment at my work can be harsh on nails and hands but they always keep looking great even after a long, tiring shift. The girl who does the nail art never disappointed me.

Gave my daughter exactly what she wanted. Alot of bad reviews on here. Seems unfair as the staff extremely busy. The staff are efficient and friendly. My daughter will be back....thank u

The gels did not even last a day. I went back to speak with manager. She was extremely rude and was very unprofessional.

Would not recommend. I have natural long nails which they have ruined. They filed the gel polish off instead of taking it off properly so they've thinned my nails so much they've broken. The service took over an hour and a half because of their system of a different person for each stage. They have nail art displayed on the wall however the technician was unable to do simple flowers. The shaping was terrible as seen on my thumb. The gel polish was rushed and not properly cured on each layer so one nail chipped and peeled within the day of getting them done. I had done nothing with my hands that would cause this. I get my nails done every 3 weeks outside of Derry and I will never go back to this place. I've had to trim all my nails down after months of growth due to them being damaged so much. I'm disgusted by their service.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! Staff are rude and the service is very unsanitary!! No cleaning of equipment in between clients! My toes look like they have been painted by a child! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
