Was supposed to get acrylic nails and they agreed on the date and time and didn’t turn up or reply to messages and phone calls. Waited 20 mins and nothing. Website says they’re not even open on a Sunday which they didn’t express when booking. ☹️

Would never go back had my nails done on the 10th September. I asked for infills and for 2 nails to be put back on. They made the acrylic so thick, uneven and to top it off my nails were all different lengths. Within a week and a half the nails they had replaced had just popped off! Absolutely ridiculous when you pay £30 for nails and you don’t like them at all and they don’t last! I’m normally in and out in about an hour at my usual nail shop but I was here for 2 hours as they kept swapping staff from customer to customer , they also cut my cuticles with the electric file 4 times and don’t apologise just laugh as they aren’t paying attention!

My 12 year old daughter and friends went in today to get nail extensions and gel paint- they initially told my daughter it would be £28 as she is a student she qualifies for 10% discount which they confirmed before starting. Upon completion my Daughter said she only had her card (they advised they only take cash) a bit dodgy but never mind. My Daughter said she would go over to the cash point and draw out £30 she was then told the price was £40! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never have I paid this much! They aren’t even that well done for that ridiculous price. She definitely won’t be back HONEY! Parents of under 16s beware. AVOID!

Friendly staff on arrival, offered me a choice of drinks, which I thought was a nice touch. my nails are exactly how I wanted them very neat, however, the man was very rough digging his nail in my cuticle and filing my skin around my fingers. I didn't feel relaxed I felt on edge the whole time. I did mention to the woman at the end when i was paying said my fingers were hurting, her reply was there's no blood so I don't understand. 🥴
I paid £40 for a full set with some glitter and removal. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

The last few times I have had gels done the gel is very thin and chips after a couple of days. Never happened anywhere else I’ve been before.
Won’t be going back any more
