This is the 3rd time i have been to Fashion-ale-able and been unsatisfied with the nails i only ever leave here happy when Bobo or Vicki have provided the services those girls are amazing at their job i have never said anything previously but after today i won’t be back its such a shame because Vicki and Bobo are absolutely amazing ladies and are fantastic nail technicians the other staff however aren’t! Iv had 3 different ladies do my nails and to be honest they’ve been shocking i just dislike confrontation and id hate to think vicki or bobo get any bad rap because their nails are always perfect 10/10 theres been new people in the last few times iv been in and iv been very disappointed with the results unfortunately nails are wonky different lengths and shapes i send my love to vicki and bobo those girls keep this salon afloat worth their weight in gold and they really need that recognition because its going to go down hill with the new staff

I’ve been to this salon a few times, and the girls who work there are absolutely amazing they’re talented, friendly and make the experience really enjoyable. Unfortunately, the owner, Sherry, is very rude and often overcharges. I’ve seen her add extra costs that don’t match the prices listed, and she’s spoken to the staff quite disrespectfully in front of customers. It’s really a shame because the team does such great work, but the atmosphere when she’s there and inconsistent pricing make it hard to come back. The staff deserve much better.

Love my nails. I asked for xmas themed. Took a little longer but only had infills. Was charged £42. Thought that was a bit expensive.

Really disappointed to have to change my positive review of this place. My nails are really brittle and fragile after my last two appointments. One I was waiting for nearly an hour past my appointment start time and then my gel was filed off without soaking. The second more filing was done which was last thing they needed and now my nails keep snapping and breaking as I’m trying to recover them to their natural strength. In that appointment my nail needed to be glued down because of how brittle they were. The nail art really is beautiful and I’ve been happy for most part with my nails but sadly I’m going to have to try a new place now as the constant late starts and damage to my nails is not ok.

Very sad to be writing this but i will no longer be coming back to this salon after years of coming here. I called in for my toe nails painted with gel wish i got the ladys name who did my toes as owner really needs to explain hygeine to her, i explained i just simply wanted gels painted no filing shaping or buffing as i dont like the feeling i noticed she didnt wear gloves she used equiptment that had been used on other customers fingers didnt sanitize anything just put it all back in the drawer after using it on my feet. Then charged me £30 for gels on my toes and on the leaflet it states £15 for gels so over charged ive never left a bad review ever but i think changes need to be put in place hygeine wise and also making sure customers are being charged the correct prices thats on your price leaflets.

Apart from getting nail colour advice, this salon has a great, fun, friendly yet professional atmosphere. Sherrie, Bobo and Vicki have all done my nails at various times and I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my infills and acrylics done.

I took my Wife across from Consett, as she'd been talking about this place. It was nice to be greeted upon entering the shop.
Friendly staff, and a comfy sofa for me to wait on !
Poor staff could do with some kind of fans to keep them cool whilst working.
Definitely would take the Mrs back.
