Awful experience, I came to get my nails done and they did them so bad. Very unprofessional. Didn’t want to be this type of person but have to let other people know

I have been using pinky nail bar for 3 years and personally would not go anywhere else
My nails are always 100% perfect and have never had a reason to return for loss or damaged nails
The service is always good, I am always offered a drink and comfort is good
Keep up the good work

I went today for acrylics and they’re so thick! The white is smudged, they’re wonky and the sides of my nails are painful. He was on the phone the whole time so not paying attention. Waste of over £40
