Visited this salon for HD brows before going away. Salon was lovely and staff all very friendly. Unfortunately when waxing some of my skin was ripped away leaving an open red wound under my eyebrow. I was then asked if I'd used moisturiser, which I had, and a barrier was applied to prevent this for the remaining waxing. I haven't had my brows done in years and was unaware that moisturising would have any effect. I filled in a pre-visit questionnaire where I said I moisturised and so I maybe wrongly assumed they knew about this.

I didn't realise how prominent the mark was from this as so much aloe Vera gel was applied around my brows after having them done it hid it a little bit. I was quite surprised to see how noticeable it was once I left the salon and wiped away the gel. I have now had a scar on my face for several days, being asked if a cat has scratched me etc, not ideal before going away!

Whilst I understand me using moisturiser may have contributed to this, I do feel it was preventable if my questionnaire had been read. Would love to have had a better experience but unfortunately I've paid £28 to walk around with a wound on my face for the last few days.

I had my eyebrows done (powder brow) with Lauren & she has been wonderful. I’m so delighted with the finished result… should have had it done years ago. Had total faith in Lauren & she certainly gave a 1st class service.
Atmosphere in salon is lovely & any of the girls I interacted with were brilliant.

Had my nails done today at Lauren Rowen Studio by Steph.She did an amazing job I was delighted with the results. The atmosphere in the salon is so good and the girls are friendly and welcoming.I will definitely be back.
