Waited 4 hours with my friend just to be forgotten about. After 30 minutes of waiting, they finally started mine but put the extensions on way longer than I asked, then told me to wait again and never came back to me. Meanwhile, people who came in after us were leaving with full finished sets. I ended up having to get the extensions removed and leave because I needed to go home, and they still tried to charge me £40 for nails that weren’t even done. My friend was also left waiting over 2½ hours before they even started her design which took 45 minutes once they started. On my way out, I even spoke to two women about the wait and they agreed it was ridiculous. The only good thing about it was the man was apologetic but that still doesn’t give me my afternoon back.

Complete waste of time and really poor service.

I really love this nail salon. The staff are very friendly and professional. They did my nails very carefully and the result is beautiful. The shop is clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Awful experience here.. Got BIAB, multiple nails started peeling off within a day. Went back and were very rude when I explained the situation, rushed the repair and the same thing happened a day later! Unfriendly staff and poor service.

I took my daughter and her friend here today to get their nails done and what an absolute mess I would avoid this place at all cost it is ridiculous and also they’re very ignorant. They were sitting chatting in their own language and laughing with each other instead of talking in English when you have customers in or talking to the customers I seen the outcome after they had finished and if you give a child that wasn’t trained the job to do they would’ve done a better job. avoid at all cost and save your money go somewhere else if I could have gave zero rating I would have. I also looked at images off their Facebook and they are the exact same off google, false advertisement as they are using that image as nails they have created.
