Honestly the best nails ever, they last so much loner than anywhere else I’ve ever tried. Plus the level of detail is insane. The studio is so friendly and fun to hang out in.

Owner Response:

Thank you so much for your lovely review 🤍

Always a pleasure… best team, best nails, best vibes. I’ve loved seeing Georgie, Harriet and team for the last couple of years. Such a comfortable and loving space, I often pop in early just to soak it all up. All the love.

Absolutely appalling service, in fact non existent! They accepted an appointment which they then rearranged it last minute, to an earlier time, I adjusted my day, took leave from work, I drove 56 miles to attend just to suit them when got to the salon the woman Katherine had already left???.They promised other appointments which did not materialize and failed again and then had the disgusting audacity to take money from my bank account with out my knowledge or consent! Extremely upsetting series of events having been messed around several times, no apology band money stolen from my bank account through Fresha I am just appalled to know businesses like this are allowed to function. If I could give zero stars this would be more appropriate I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Devastated.

Owner Response:

Hi Helen, I was disappointed to read your review. I wanted to clarify the circumstances of your appointment. It was rescheduled because of the snowfall we had one afternoon, a member of our team contacted you to reschedule the appointment as she couldnt get into the studio.
Your appointment was rescheduled for the following Monday and you arrived to your appointment with a set of nails on that were not done by a member of the team at Sun Day. When booking the appointment through Fresha, it is clearly detailed in the description of our services that we cannot remove or infill work that has not been completed at by the team at Sun Day. When you booked, you agreed to the appointment terms and conditions by inputting your card details. As you arrived with nails that couldn’t be worked on, the card was charged, as per the terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions are there to protect the livelihood of our team.
