I had my nails done, a hot stone massage and my husband and I both had facials. Excellent service all round. Natasha was a consummate professional and really good company. The spa is a real asset to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Every time I’m in Newquay, I always book a massage with Natasha. She’s amazing! Her bespoke massages are so good and she really listens and tailors it to exactly what I need. I always leave feeling super relaxed 🥰

I went to Atlantic Ocean Spa for my birthday with my mum and grandma and it was by far the best experience I have had with a massage therapist. Natasha was warm and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole treatment. I had an hour and a half long treatment which included a back massage, facial and scalp massage. I really feel her services were fantastic value for money, in fact I would quite happily pay more than she charges as I had such a great experience. Throughout the appointment, Natasha ensured I was always comfortable and aware of what she will be doing. I also really like that, at the end of the appointment, Natasha gave me advice that was specific to me to help target my skincare and muscle concerns. I will definitely be going back to Atlantic Ocean Spa again! :)

Natasha provides a wonderful relaxing experience with her treatments. The bespoke massage was perfectly tailored to my needs and made me feel so treated. Thank you for putting all the love and thoughtfulness into all the details like the essential oils and beautifully pressured massage! Views from the place are epic too!

Highly recommend getting a treatment at the Spa, the Bespoke massage is perfect if you need to relax and Natasha really takes the time to walk you through what is best for you with personalised advice, attention to the temperature of the room, pressure etc. Brilliant!

Me and my family were down in Newquay for a long weekend getaway and decided we would enjoy a massage/treatment. Booked in for 8 of us to do a treatment and it was absolute bliss.

Natasha was extremely accommodating with the very last minute changes we had, she was extremely thorough with each and every treatment/massage, telling us exactly what she was going to do and assess each of our skins and recommend the best solution for our skin. She applied the perfect amount of pressure to release the tension from our backs, necks, shoulders etc.

We all did different treatments, from herbal full body massage, full body massages, back scrubs, balancing facials and hydrating facials. In addition being able to use the spa facilities were amazing!

Every one of us enjoyed it and this was definitely worth its price, if anyone is in Newquay and is in need of a massage/treatment I would definitely recommend Natasha as I would say she’s probably the best around!!!

Big thanks to Natasha, and if I’m back in Newquay I will be visiting again.

Natasha is highly skilled and extremely professional. The massage started with a wonderful foot rub with hot water and salts. The massage was both soothing and intense when necessary. Wonderful view and facility. Booked same day and would definitely return. Visiting from the USA. Also get to use other spa facilities the day of treatment.

I’ve just come back from a bespoke massage with Natasha. In a state of euphoria right now. For my first massage, I couldn’t have asked for anything better; this was absolutely amazing. The products are all homemade and natural, they smell and feel absolutely amazing. The hour absolutely flew by and I didn’t want it to end. Cannot rate this highly enough. Thank you Natasha, I will be back!

Had an amazing time at Atlantic Ocean Spa. My daughter had booked here for my 70 th birthday & her cousin in law had booked it for her mums 70 th birthday too! I have had a few treatments at a couple of other spas but to be perfectly honest this one knocked spots of all the others! The girls are amazing, my treatments went above & beyond what I expected, the products are great & I felt truly relaxed & refreshed afterwards, can’t recommend them enough, if you want the best experience look no further, thank you girls for an amazing day! Loved every minute of it 🥰

I would rate Natasha at Atlantic Spa as 5 star in terms of quality of massage, professionalism, wellbeing knowledge and regards ease of booking (excellent bespoke booking site). She has very many years of experience (from which clients benefit) and I hope she is very successful. I was very lucky to have received the best massage ever, and would encourage everyone to go right ahead and book. Thankyou Natasha.
