Google Unfortunately not all the staff are trained to the same standard. On my last visit my nails were done by someone with very little experience or knowledge. This resulted in multiple cuts to my fingers and a very lumpy nail polish. A month on and my cuts are still healing.
Owner Response:
Dear Caroline
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our salon. This is certainly not the level of service and care we aim to provide to our clients.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort and inconvenience you experienced. The situation you described does not reflect our usual standards, and we take it very seriously. We will review this matter with our team to ensure all staff receive consistent training and follow proper procedures.
We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can discuss your visit and offer an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction and safety are very important to us.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards

Google My gel nails chipped after 2 days, 5 of my nails have chipped within a week, I had my nails done here as i was here for a long weekend, compared to London, this place was expensive in comparison, they also never displayed a price list either.
My nails are very far away from the cuticle in less than a week, as they never filled right to the cuticle, unfortunately I never saw this when I had them done
