Had an amazing facial with Lucinda at Serenity which was perfectly tailored to my skin and needs. The treatment room was warm, inviting and your comfort is always a top priority. The treatment itself was amazing, as always Lucinda puts all of herself into every small detail to ensure you are thoroughly spoilt whilts in her care. I was lucky enough to find this company on Facebook. I have Fibromyalgia, and the pain was getting more severe, to the stage I could barely walk. Lucinda used CTS on me and reiki. No pain hardly for 2 weeks in my left leg. I recently hurt my back and she gave me a gentle massage, etc which helped with the pain. All I can say is that Lucinda is worth £55 for an hour. She put me first, by acknowledging my needs. Talking through with me what she was going to do. She is an amazing woman who never seems to stop working. Highly recommend Serenity, am so happy I came across this company on facebook

This is a place I have only dreamt of finding before. Lucinda ensures the space you're pampered in, is restful, soothing, warm and safe. She has been helping me on my journey to help release my body and mind from the deeply embedded effects of Complex PTSD and other conditions. I have received Cranial Sacral therapy, sound therapy, deep tissue massage, etc. Lucinda is not only incredibly gifted and good at what she does but she is a very special, compassionate and empathic human being. I wouldn't want to be treated by anyone else. Thank you Lucinda, from the whole of my heart.
