On Friday, I was in a total state of panic, I was getting married and my hair had been badly done by another hairdresser. I phoned into the hair and beauty lab who immediately told me to come down so they could help me. So there I went ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING. They sat me down in the chair and Shannon worked tirelessly to fix me in time. It sounds silly but the way they fitted me in and helped me with a literal last minute appointment and completely transformed my hair. I can’t express how grateful I am. Deza is an actual genius! The most amazing result - my hair looks better than I could have dreamed of after a beautiful cut and seamless blending, all expertly done. I despaired of my hair with it starting to go grey and looking lifeless. I could almost cry with happiness now!! Thank you so much x
