Have been here a few times now and was here yesterday ,nearly always come out with a different design than what I wanted done as they say they can’t do it even though they show pictures of more complex designs on there page ,I find them rude as they talk and laugh about your design to each other and this has happened on more than one occasion and seem to want to just do plain nails quick easy money ,came out yesterday with design i didn’t want and the man who did them didn't even clean the excess paint off my fingers after he had sprayed colour on this cost me £40 plus driving from Camborne to Truro and the £5.50 parking so just over £50 which I won’t be doing again and I don’t recommend them at all ,they are very rude !

Amazing service as always as somone who has only been getting my nails done for just over 1 year. They are so friendly know what their doing and do amazing nails. This set is my favourite yet hightly recomend and such good pricing and service

Gone down hill since new owners have taken over. Got rid of every decoration, the tv, any kind of music. Is always dark, cold and silent in there now. Also even when you book an appointment they over commit; I had 4 people still waiting ahead of me today 15 minutes after my appointment time. Such a shame as I used to go there every 3 weeks religiously, not again.

Been going there for couple of years but since got new owners it’s gone downhill
Last 3 times been the design wasn’t great that asked for also on last visit the lady was on a video call on her mobile the whole time she was doing my nails
Will be going elsewhere from now on

I go here every months to get my nails done, I've tried countless other salons and they are by far the best. The service is always amazing! I always show up with some elaborate design and they work so hard to replicate it to ever detail.

the husband who did my who was not qualified and got that annoyed at me for not understanding him that he stormed out of the shop completely the minute he was done. no bye, thank you . just gone.
so sad as this was my 1st experience at a salon and i was so excited .
he hurt with the file and honestly made me never want to go bk again

Had my nails done here on Wednesday for the first time. Lovely friendly, kind professional staff. The place was very clean and tidy. Nothing was a problem for them. Love my Christmas Nails 😍
Will definitely be returning in the new year 😀
