so i walked into this spar today. i had booked an appointment prior so i expected them to be somewhat prepared 🙄. i get there and it is VILE i tried to explain i dont want to use the same water as everyone else for my pedicure and i feel there was a small language barrier because she gave it to ANOTHER person who PEELED THERE FOOT SKIN OFF INTO IT and then back to me!?!? the water was cold. she did not listen to any of my deisers but i have a degrading kink so i might be back. id love to see viktoria again 😘

Randomly came in was extremely happy with my nails the best I've had, Can't recommend Jenny enough she made such an elegant shape, colour 😍 & strong acrylic french extension. I never had a nail artist get it right and so perfect with the sculpture really impressed.

Came into have infills (previous nails from different salon)
The girls were really friendly and I had 3x different girls doing my nails. I understand there are apprentices in the store at the minute. My nails looked good, the nail art was spot on. The whole appointment did take a little longer than usual because the girls were taking it in turns doing my nails, and the nails did end up being pretty thick! For someone learning, great job, however I was surprised that the price of my nails was the same as if I had had my nails done by the more experienced staff members.
The nails were not of the same standard as I would expect from an experienced professional (the thickness and time taken)
I will come back! But if I’m paying full prices I will request Jenny specifically, alternatively perhaps offer reduced rates for sets done by apprentices like you’d expect with any other beauty service?

Less than one week after getting my acrylic nails done, two nails snapped off completely hurting my nails and destroying my cuticles, exactly one week later only one nail left, all lifted from the bottom causing extreme pain to the tip forcing myself to carefully try remove them. Absolutely gutted, I left the store messages and called but no response as I really wanted to get this fixed but ultimately left in pain and worse off. For over £50 I’m a little gutted.

Loved my nails and everyone is so nice in the salon. Only thing is that my appointment was at 12 and waited an hour before I was seen. If I knew there was a delay then I would have come back. Just annoying when you have to pay for the car park and have other things to do that day
