Just had the most amazing Ultimate Facial at Tava Beauty, Falmouth. It included radio frequency, microcurrent, and heavenly face, shoulder, arm and hand massage, I genuinely felt like I’d had an out-of-body experience. My skin feels like glass with definite tightening effects. I can’t recommend this enough, Thankyou Abbey I’ll definitely be booking again soon.

I have been going to TAVA Beauty and Tanning since 2011 (14 yrs) since I moved from London to Cornwall. I see Lex who is the Salon owner, she does all my waxing and she’s professional and brilliant at it. I’ve also met all the other girls there who work for her, Casey, Abbey and Sandra.
All of whom are very friendly and extremely professional at all times.
The place is always clean and relaxing and there’s plenty of free parking right by the Salon which is a bonus!

Casey is brilliant at pedicures and manicures and always takes her time and does a proper job. Lex has always done my waxing, and is first class at it. I can honestly say she’s the only therapist I’ve seen who doesn’t cause me any pain at all whilst waxing, she’s so quick and precise.

The girls there have all been with Lex for a number of years now and I like the fact that you can always see who you want and that the staff turnover is extremely low, so they must all love working together as a team.

Over the years I’ve recommended a number of my friends to go there and they all love it too. My niece went recently to see Alex and she was a beauty therapist herself and was really impressed.
My friends all buy me vouchers from there for my birthday as the treatments there are so good.

The service is always second to none and it’s so nice when you arrive at the reception desk, you are made to feel very welcome and it’s like seeing old friends. Both Lex and Casey who I see regularly are extremely knowledgeable as are the rest of the team. Casey has also done a facial massage for me in the past and a back neck and shoulder massage and I highly recommend her too.
Their prices are extremely reasonable and very competitive. Lex always makes sure I’m comfortable at all times and will also do intimate waxing and never bats an eyelid even though I am an older customer. She even lets me ‘sing’ at a very high pitch if I’ve left my appt too long 😀

Lex is always up with the latest ‘trends’ and treatments and is extremely knowledgeable on all skin treatments and skin types. She will never do a treatment that she is not comfortable with.
She often has experts who come into the Salon too.

Highly recommended, five star service at all times.
I even get a reminder for my appts as I’m extremely forgetful and again it’s the personal touch that means so much.

I can’t actually say anything bad about the salon, and I’m fussy! It’s a fantastic little place that does everything under one roof and they always try to fit you in, even when I call up last minute, which is fairly often and they go above and beyond to help. They also do late evening appointments.

They also have two sunbeds which I’ve used regularly in the past, again Lex always ensures they are up to date and have the latest safest tubes etc.

The salon also has a great skincare products range.

I can’t praise them enough and will be going to them for years to come, it’s truly a fantastic little salon.
Go there, you won’t be disappointed!

The best and only Salon I’ll visit! Lex and the team are super professional, all whilst making you feel comfortable and relaxed during any treatment.

You can see why Lex has been open for so long- repeat customers know that you don’t get a wax anywhere else like here.
Fairly priced and always accommodating with appointments (including later evening appts). Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, head to Tava- you won’t be disappointed!

Visited to use the sunbed as first time customer, lady at counter told me they don’t normally take walk ins and to pre-book online even though it doesn’t state this on their website.. she said it was free now so I could use it, £10 which I wanted to pay by card but they only take card payments over £20 so I had to spend £20, bought some goggles and had the rest of the minutes put onto my account. Sunbed wasn’t strong at all and didn’t notice a tan which I always do else where. Goggles were terrible to put together so couldn’t use them so on the way out I asked another lady at the desk if she could help me, her response “I’ve never used them before you’ll have to read the instructions” overall bad & unfriendly customer service and I won’t be going back. Laura Bell salon 100 times better and their sunbeds will tan you.

I’ve been going to Tava for coming up to a year now, for my sunbeds, eyebrow waxing, massages etc and they’ve always been very polite, welcoming and friendly. I’m always very happy with the service I receive from the ladies here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my beauty treatments.
