Google Very bad left ring of fire on mine and my mums nails poor communication and they use the same file for every customer and use mma dental acrylic what is illegal in England ,then asked for me to come down so they can have a look and then said it was my fault for not going back to get them soaked off when I went to another Salon to get them soaked off as was in so much pain for them over filing. Do not recommend

Dear, we sorry to hear that you feel this way. The service you mentioned was carried out on 30 JANUARY and you returned over 5 weeks later with the concerns. Nail enhancements normally require infill 2-3 weeks. You also informed us that the nails were removed at another salon. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused after the service or by removal done elsewhere. We would also like to clarify that our salon does NOT USE MMA PRODUCTS. All product used in salon are professional and compliant with UK regulations. Regarding hygiene, our salon follows proper sanitation procedures and tools are cleaned or replaced between clients. When you visit the salon , we invited you to return so we could check the nails and try to help. However, refunds cannot be offered after such a long period time.

Google I've now made a complaint 3 different times, twice on text and on Instagram.
So let me start with the positive
Cuticle work 9/10
Colour selection 11/10
But... I just wasn't happy that when I had an issue with the gel not being cured long enough (still soft in some places) and peeling off after one day, I got no reply so therefore resolution.
The man who started my manicure didn't seem very confident in English, so it was hard to explain what I wanted. But you get what you pay for right? Also, just a note for the salon owner/manager, the grit that your staff used to shape my natural nail is too coarse for natural nails and are designed for shaping acrylic nails! This potentially has also caused damage to the natural nail.
Anyways, the lady that took over from him, when he went to do a pedicure was quite rough with me and was twisting my wrists almost 180⁰ to face her...
She rushed and I noticed she never put dehydrator on the nail before applying the base coat.
But anyways...
Could be why the gel has cracked and peeled.
I won't go there again and I'm dissapointed with how the complaint was handled/ignored.
