I visited the LLANDUDNO store today in order to buy products to start my curly journey. I had no idea how large my options were and how well all price ranges are catered for. Not only that, there was a very clear section dedicated to products that were suitable for curly hair.
I also want to take the time to give a shout out of appreciation to the 2 young ladies on the checkouts. The young lady that served me, Ellie, did so with a genuine smile and took great care when packing my bag which I very much appreciated as I walk with crutches.
I then enquired with both the young ladies about suitable perfume for my 17 year old twin daughters. I think I may have given 3 words to describe each daughter and Ellen was able to instantly provide me with options that I felt were perfect! One was out of stock but Ellen reassured me that it is very easy to order online for delivery to store. These may seem like small things but when you are disabled, it is often the smaller things that matter the most! Great job LLANDUDNO SUPERDRUG!

If you're after cheap products at a cheap price then it's OK. Seemingly the cheap theme is continued in the staff as the customer service is just appalling. The headset wearing (presumably manager) member of staff shouts across the store at a potential customer who was only trying to ask a question. Well done that customer for walking out the store instead of buying a product.
The headset wearing one then took great delight in bitching about that customer to her colleagues over said headset instead of concentrating on the customer she was actually serving.

Horrible service. I got my brows threaded from there by a girl named Hayley. Now i have uneven brows, 3 cuts on my eye lid & a lot of hair still under my brows. I called to get it adjusted, but they are not willing to accommodate. Just straight up told me to adjust my time according to their schedule. It is just so bad.

Clean tidy shop with fully stocked neat shelves of product. Could not find what I wanted and was directed straight away to the section and aisle I needed. Good service.

Wow. I have just visited this store and would definitely not do so again.
An assistant named Chloe had a very rude attitude when speaking to me. Apparently I was looking too closely at a mascara and this wasn't allowed which I understand. This I accept as their policy what I don't accept is the way this information was delivered to me. She was very rude in telling me this and when I said I may not buy it she informed me that I now HAD to buy it.

I really don't know who she thought she was speaking to but someone needs to have a word with her and maybe send her for some Customer Service training. Nice store shame about the staff member.
