Absolutely amazing experience every time. Zoe is incredible at what she does — from nails and facials to hair and everything in between, the quality and attention to detail are always outstanding.

Michelle was also fantastic with my 6-year-old daughter when cutting her hair. She was so patient, kind and calm, even when my little one wouldn’t sit still, and somehow still managed to make her hair look lovely!

The atmosphere is always welcoming, friendly and relaxed. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend 'Strands N Hands Hair & Beauty' highly enough. My wife originally visited for eyebrow microblading to restore a full, beautifully balanced look, but I unexpectedly became a client too. Back in the early to mid-1980s, I worked as a stuntman in film and television, specialising in fire stunts. During one stunt, my protective mask slipped, causing minor facial burns that left no scarring, but my eyebrows never fully grew back. Years later, after changing careers and becoming a widely read author, I found myself increasingly in front of cameras for TV, newspaper, magazine and podcast interviews. My uneven, distorted eyebrows began to look frankly ugly-odd on close-ups, to the point that during my last on-screen interview in Los Angeles in summer 2025, I even joked that they resembled those of 'Ming the Merciless' from the old 'Flash Gordon' films. That was the moment I decided something had to be done. When my wife mentioned my dilemma to salon owner and world-class aesthetician, Zoe Walker, we were amazed to learn she specialises in male eyebrow reconstruction. I booked immediately. The results Zoe achieved were not merely excellent; they exceeded even my wildest imagination. Both my wife and I are absolutely delighted, and we cannot recommend Zoe Walker and Strands N Hands highly enough.

I’ve hated the person staring back at me for a good 3 years now so thought it’s about time I did something about it. 2 lip fillers complete and love the pout I now have. My side profile I’ve hated my whole life… 2 chin and cheek fillers, one more set to go, double chin has fat breakdown, filler in my jaw to accentuate the jaw line. My favourite has been my Marionette fillers, I know all of the above will have helped but these were the game changer for me. Can’t wait to continue this journey over the next couple of months.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! After having not a well thought out haircut at another hairdresser, I was basically sobbing to have my hair fixed; and they fit me in last minute and just sorted it out!

Had my first hair appointment at this salon. Always a little nervous going somewhere new. Everyone was very friendly but more than that Laura was amazing ! She colourered and highlighted areas of my hair. The colour was exactly what I wanted. She spent time making the whole experience very pleasing. Would thoroughly recommend this hairdresser .
