Yet again this evening I arrived in time for the last bed requirement of 7.15pm only to find the door locked at 7.10pm. I took photos tonight to prove it.
I purposely leave work early to ensure I can arrive in time.
I knocked repeatedly but the assistant didn't appear to hear me, she was not at the desk but I could see her further within the premises.
I am seriously considering not purchasing another contract when this one has been used because it is unfair to advertise a closing time then artibitrarily close early. I'm being disadvantaged and put to inconvenience. Once was annoying twice is enough. I'll be looking elsewhere in future.
