I will never go back to this salon not if my life depends on it. It was disgustingly dirty and I was treated extremely badly. Whatever you do don't ask a question because the owner for some reason takes it as an insult and for the rest of the appointment treats you like something on the sole of your shoe. No help whatsoever. I booked nail tip extensions with builder gel and french, and a pedicure with gels. £93. Sarah did my pedicure and gels and she was lovely. The owner needs to be educated on how to interact with a paying customer. You can’t book an appointment for a take off so I found myself going in as a walk-in to be told they couldn't fit me in over 2 weekends, and I wasn’t allowed sit and wait until there was a free slot, that’s a catch 22 and bad customer service. The pedicure didn’t include a foot massage or lotion, I had to ask for moisturising lotion. Quite odd.

First, thanks for your review about your nails looked good and lasted really well without any break or chipped more than 5 weeks for biab extension with your requirements: natural looking, nice almond shaped and really nice white tips. However, as your mentioned, the place was dirty and disgusting, can I please ask you why you still want to come back so many times to wait for booking for your next appointment to do your nails again? You even said that you are happy to wait to do your nails, you not only want take off, you want to re-do it as well. Second, all of our staffs and customers felt really uncomfortable and really scared you due to your aggressive and abbusive language toward our technicians during your treatment such as you paid money so you have right to talk very rude...Third, we have our own skills and techniques to do nails, you compared and taught us how to do like the way other places did your nails even you was not happy with your nails before coming to our salon. You are not honest person when not mention all your treatments with the price, we did do feet massage with cream as well especially you did not mention how bad your behaviour to treat and bully our staffs.
After reviewing the negative, abusive, and mental impact that have been bought to our technicians, we had decided we are unable to accept your bookings that's why we already tried not to book for you even you tried to come few times during 2 weeks or even you said that you are willing to wait to get your nails done again.
