Extremely disappointed with the service and the management's attitude. I came in for a set of nails and politely asked for them to be corrected as the finish was poor and they looked messy. Rather than rectifying the mistake or offering a professional solution, the salon told me I was 'barred' from the shop. I was horrified and extremely upset when I left the shop.
It is shocking that a business would ban a customer simply for expecting a basic standard of quality. If you value customer service or want your nails to look professional, I would suggest going elsewhere. Very unprofessional and dismissive."

Go there if you want to ruin your nails. Top layer of my nails has literally been removed by the e-file machine. I had no polish to be removed in the first place by the way. It’s just the way they do manicure there (totally wrong!)
The picture is taken 5 days after the procedure. I applied the nail straightener but you can see the quality of the procedure, as well as the line between the already grown part of my nail and the over-filed area.

I go to Gossip regularly and they always do my nails fabulously!! It’s so easy, as no appointment necessary!
Just had them done for my wedding by Suzi and I couldn’t be happier!!

Do not recommend! Not a welcoming experience, charged way to much! Firstly charged me £5 to file my nails! I had a couple bits of gel left of my toes which took 2 seconds to file off which they would have done anyways but this cost me £5! Both my toes and fingers have been cut with the file and this was ignored and one lady actually laughed when she cut me, I had 3 different people doing my nails and none of them seemed to know what they were doing!

This is the best nail place, i went for my first time and never went anywhere else. They're always on point with what you want, every time i have a picture to show them, its always better, now i even let the girl who does my nails pick my designs because theyre always perfect and theyre so friendly 🤍:)
