31 weeks pregnant and just had my first pregnancy massage. WOWWWW!!! Anna was absolutely incredible. Massage was 1hr15mins. She made sure that i was comfortable throughout the massage. She has magic hands and she is such a lovely person. She is an experienced mother herself and it was just a pleasure to be in her company. Would recommend anyone to go there and see her if they are pregnant.

Had a spray tan at Nantwich this afternoon, i didn't feel much different afterwards. I don't like to make a fuss and was prepared to go home disappointed but my hubby persuaded me to go back in. Customer service was amazing, they had me back in for a top up within a couple of hours and I'm really pleased with the results. I wasn't made to feel awkward at all, they seemed only concerned that I was happy with the results. Thank you so much!

First class Clarins Expert Facial this afternoon with Jackie. She was exceptional in delivering the facial and product knowledge. I have extremely sensitive skin and when she was "working" on my skin she in consultation with myself decided to slightly amend what we'd discussed because of how sensitive it is. I was confident in her ability throughout the experience. I found it very relaxing. The salon was very clean and Jackie and the receptionist were most welcoming.

I have been here a few times for waxing, nails and facials. The room for waxing was quite dusty. The last time I came here I had my nails done and they were awful. I have ridges in my nails and the lady doing my nails was very nervous and anxious and took hours to do my nails. She put a very thick layer of gel on my nails and this rippled under the light because it was too thick. She tried to say it was my nails but I've been having gel nails for years and never had a problem. I didn't find it an enjoyable experience and will never come back here.

I have since recieved a phone call with an abrupt message asking me to call back and if i dont call back she will call again! And on this message she has said she is wondering why I have left a review in November when I had the treatment in May, people can leave reviews about their experience whenever! and harassing them with phone calls certainly won't change my experience if anything it's made it even more negative and I did in fact mention it to the lady who did do my nails.

In response to the comment her tone was that of a school teacher telling off a child, far from professional or friendly. More like patronising and annoyed.

I had my first Christmas nails done by Claire at Essence Sandbach on Monday. What a treat, my hands feel super refreshed and I chose a very glamous Christmas red ready for the festive Season. Claire was wonderful she gave me a relaxing hand massage and got rid of cuticles etc and made me feel a million dollars. I'm going back in a couple of weeks for another manicure to be ready for the big day. Whether you go to the Nantwich or Sandbach salon it is a delight. The staff are so lovely and I've now had treatments by them all. Whether it be facial, massage or reflexology I've so enjoyed and benefited from all the treatments. Essence has always been my go to Beauty Salon in Cheshire none of the others compare.
