Awful. I'd made an appointment for a cut +blow dry 2 weeks in advance via email with the receptionist, I arrived at the salon to find the lights off and no one inside. I double checked my appointment and waited for over half an hour outside, checked the opening hours, rang the salon (to hear it echoing on the inside of the salon), emailed,rang again and still no answer. No one had contacted me to reschedule an appointment or tell me they were closed.I tried to get an appointment elsewhere in town, to which I was turned away due to being fully booked. Complete lack of communication and common decency, never visiting again.
