Extremely cold shop , a production line where by up to 3 different nail techs take turns doing your nails , you get seated and started then they swap and you have to wait for next process the shop then looks busy and full and less girls waiting but you can be in there a long time . Appts made are not honoured you just join the queue . Had them done 3 times colour has peeled off twice with in 5 days ! I put that down to old colour either expired, or to cold environment or worn out /UV lamps I won’t waste my money ,again and let them blame ‘old acrylic which they renew with each colour change ‘. Certainly don’t feel pampered

My 15 year old stepdaughter booked an appointment for her nails to be done for her holiday, she arrived on time but had to wait for 2 hours as other people were allowed to push in front of her, obviously she's only a young girl so didn't feel comfortable saying anything but it then made us all late for our later plans for the day. Would not use this business again as entirely unprofessional and very unfair on a young girl.

I came quite late and they were still happy to see me and even did some acrylic nail art too. Its good quality and godd price too. Lovely customer service from the lady and the man that did them!

Very pleased with my pedicure and manicure, felt comfortable and loved the colours of my nails.
