did my nail removal okay but when getting a new set i was told that my nails have been overdrilled which has led to some temporary damage.

further edit from owners response: the reasoning behind me expressing this concern a month later is due to me having an appointment with a different nail tech which RAISED a very worried concern with me that highlighted to me that you overfilled my nails where my acrylic nails overgrew from which caused the damage and is currently hindering the longevity of further acrylic sets i’m able to get alongside this as a client I did acknowledge the damage that was done but due to me having to go to work I was unable to raise it as I was already in a rush! I appreciate you taking into consideration and apologising but I do not appreciate the initial defensiveness especially as I am a person that is sometimes hesitant to speak up especially when customer service is lacking have a lovely day 🥰

Thanks for your feedback , you visited us only ONCE , approximately a month ago for a removal only service. And at the time of your appointment you did not raised any concerns.

We carried out the treatment carefully and according to standard professional procedures. As nail condition can be influenced by many factors, it is difficult to determine that temporary Nail sensitivity or damage caused solely by this single service.
