Omg I wish I read the reviews before I went! It was dirty! They done my nails soooooo bad! I actually want to cry. I normally go to glo next door but it was busy. Next time I will wait because this place is awful and needs to be reported to environmental health.

I was happy with my nails at the end of my appointment, as me and my mum went to get them done for our holiday. However, despite getting them the day before we left for the holiday, all my nails were peeling and had fallen off before the end of it. My mums toe nails were originally painted white, but had turned yellow after not even a week. This was a waste of money and we will not be returning.

Waste of time and money. After less than 2 weeks my nails were peeling around the edges and whenever i put my hands in my hair it would catch under the gel! I've been here twice & both times was a waste of time and money. I dont get my nails done so this was a treat for me! I decided i wouldn't bother again with here or anywhere else, i shelled out for a lamp, some gels, base coat, top coat, primer etc & after 3 weeks my nails still look brand new! As far as I remember he didnt use base coat or top coat & the filing process was just for show! I wont go again!

1 star is too generous for this atrocious nail bar! Very rude, unprofessional, very dirty and unhygienic, they need to be reported to trading standards! Please avoid this place at all costs, spend you money at an establishment that has good reviews

Terrible service. What I wanted vs what I got was completely different. Correcting the tech on what you want results in them making fun of you. Horrible. Will never be back

Lady in the shop was very rude, went last week, asked where was Jon (the man I normally have who by the way was excellent). Whilst continually looking at her phone, she said he'd left. I asked if she could do my nails. She said no. I asked why, she said because I don't want to..never going there again how rude is that?
All the people in that shop are not friendly except for Jon who unfortunately has left.
One unhappy customer!

Terrible job. I went for manicure and pedicure and both men did a horrible job.
When the young guy did my pedicure, he was so bored that he could have fall asleep on the spot. He kept yawning, he didn’t put any pressure when he was “exfoliating” my feet. I spent £35 just for a bit of “rubbing” on my feet and colour. That’s it. On my nails, the paint went off after a couple of days and kept getting worse.
I’m posting a picture after 10 days only of visiting this place. They’re not supposed to stay for a week only. When I do this to other places, it lasts for 3 weeks. Anyway, I’m trying nailz in Dunstable next time which is only 1 minute walk from this beauty salon.
It was very disappointing service.

BIAB!! Would never recommend going here for this treatment the man wasn't listening to what I was telling him about doing my nails shorter. He kept hurting me and I was telling him and he still carried on being rough! He has made 3 of my nails bleed and the skin to peel off and wheep what is causing me agony! This has ruined my natural nails what were in very good condition before going to them. It was like he didn't know what he was doing as he kept trying to look at the man next to me doing biab as well. He proceeded to carry on and finish with the design I wanted "French" he showed me and I said I wasn't happy I didn't like how they looked at all. He then continued to huff and puff and said "I'll fix, I'll fix" then tried filling them down what just made the pain worse. I then just said please can you take them all off because there's no fixing them, which he got in a mood about and grabbed my hand aggressively and cut them off. I wish I took a photo of them but I have photos of how it left my natural nails. Also when my nails were under the lamp curing the heat was very painful and he said it's ok keep them in there. The owner didn't even apologise to me I said I wasn't happy paying for a treatment which had to be taken off due to pain and dislike, she said to me "well it's up to you" which I thought was very unprofessional of her.
