I have been going to Galaxy for a few years now and multiple times I have had to go back to get either a new set because the first one was awful (the red set) and half my nail underneath was chiseled to bits. This was purely as they was local and open late enough so I can go after work. I had the brown gels done on Friday evening, Sunday night they’d started chipping at the sides. Went back Monday to get it fixed. Then yesterday evening (Tuesday) they started to lift and peel? (Seen in 3rd photo) and then Wednesday even more and they look wet almost? Have reached out the salon asking for a refund and they have said they don’t refund and want me to go back to get these sorted. I will not be returning back for sure and will find another shop. They have gone down-hill since I first went years ago and I’m not sure why.

I would not recommend, I went to get gel nails done and a week later they started peeling off. I called them and arranged for them to fix them and on the phone they agreed to do it free off charge. When I got to the shop they tried to charge me and said it is my nails that caused the gel to peel off. I have got gel nails done several times and they do not peel off after a week. If you want to get gel nails I do not recommend them to do them as the a quick to peel off compared to other nails shops in Biggleswade. If you are to complain they blame the customer and do not take accountability!

You are new customer and have not used our service many times .All customers who have used gel on natural nails know that the durability of the gel depends on how you use yours nails and thickness of your nails. Your nails tips are very thin , you have had your nails tips done for 8 days and we had also given you a free nail repair service and yet you still deliberately leave a negative review . Please be polite and withdraw your review when you have received the service that matches what you have used . It is unfair for you to be a new customer and leave an unbiased review when you have also used the free nail repair service

Massively regret getting my nails done here, first and last time. My nails was not done how I wanted, and not painted (which was included in the price) and I was going on holiday so I didn’t have time for them to re do them all again. I have had them on a week now and I can honestly say these are the worst set of acrylics I have ever had. I would advise not going here.

I have read your answer to the review I left, i called after to come back and you had no space. I couldn’t come the next day because you didn’t open early enough before my flight. I will stick by what I said in saying these acrylics were awful regardless of the colour. I also went home and left this review because yourself and your staff had a horrible attitude in a shop with customers. You are all very rude and do not like criticism at all, you were in the wrong and I am warning customers before they made the same mistake as I did, I wish I read the reviews first as I’m clearly not the first person.

Hi.sorry to hear this, and i remember you and your daughter came in to get your nails done and you wanted white nails.and the staff used white powder to cover instead of white gel polish. but then the staff did your nails for you asked you and got your consent, and white powder has 2 types: white and soft white. and he put soft white on at your shop and you agreed and didn't say anything until you got home you called the shop you wanted whiter. and the manager said if you want whiter just paint you one coat of whiter and you said come back the next day but we didn't see you.because white has 2 types white and soft white and at the store the staff asked you and you didn't say anything until you got home. The price between white gel polish and white powder is the same.all customers have different color choices including white, many people like soft white so when you have a question about the color you should let the staff know right away to fix it instead of going home and leaving a review, and we also enthusiastically said that you come back to change the whiter color for you
