Google Please do not use this beauty lounge. They use their social media to spread hatred. Even by this reviews they don’t take accountability. Only shifting their blame to their customers. As a business take you review and learn from it. And stop spreading hatred.
Update: SEE LOOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE!! I saw your TikTok comments in your previous account which you then delete!!! THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE!!!
Update 2: You made those comments on TikTok. I saw it. You deleted the account and tried to restart instead of taking accountability. People, please, it is 2025. Support businesses that do not spread hatred. You know what you said and why you said it. I hope one day you heal and stop spreading hatred. I am not engaging further.
Owner Response:

Google Be warned this lady is very aggressive and changes the price from what it states on her website. Appalling behaviour
Owner Response:
To MADEE CHEN
YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO MY SALON.
ONLY A WOMAN CALLED ANNA
TO ANNA,
I was not aggressive to you at all.
You didn't have just gel polish on like you informed me you had.Under the gel polish you had BIAB on, which I informed you before your appointment. The price would be different to remove Biab. Unfortunately I've found your insults about me very rude.

Google Extremely rude lady, avoid this place at all costs! She changed the price on arrival and calling me a liar telling me I have biab on my nails when I don’t. I ended up leaving immediately because she was verbally very rude. Very greedy and unprofessional behaviour, I will be reporting her
Owner Response:
Hi Anna,
I was not verbally rude to you. I just informed you that you had Biab on your nails. If you didn't have Biab on your nails & gel polish only as you informed me.
While I was taking the gel polish off, I could see that there was Biab on your nails. It was hard & your natural free edge would not bend. Which it would if you just had gel polish on.
As you informed me you had only brought the price that I quoted you for removal & re-apply gel polish.
On previous messages to you when you contacted . I did explain if you had Biab on it would be extra to remove it.
Yes on your messages you informed only gel polish you had on.
When you arrived I could see that you had Biab on.
I didn't try to get extra money of you.
Also I was going to do the removal free of charge. Which does take longer with Biab on.
From a phone call you made to me by mistake, that you had a previous appointment. I did say that I might not have time for your feet. You choose to leave.
I was polite to you every minute you were here.
Regards
Lesley

Google I had recently lost my nan and I had chewed my nails down so short from the stress. I had a black tie event to go to which I was given very short notice for. I reached out to Lesley to see if she could help. To my surprise she was able to help. They looked fantastic when she had finished doing the nail extensions.
Owner Response:
Hi Emma,
Thank you for your review. Hope you enjoyed your black tie event.
