Google AVOID , rung asked if they could fit me in for a blow dry & was told yes , when i got there she said she couldn’t curl it as she didnt have time, then when washing my hair she said she could curl it. left looking like this, payed 30 & when i run i was told ‘ sorry i was in a rush’ . what a joke.

Just to clarify, you were 20 minutes late for your appointment which was booked for a blowdry. You didn’t say you wanted curls, which takes longer to do. You were rushing about because YOU were late for your appointment, saying you had to be out as you were going out for food.

Google Ann has been cutting and colouring my hair for approximately 10 years and I have been extremely happy with the results. My only reason for moving elsewhere is that their salon in Pentre-cwrt is just a tad too far for me to travel. Good luck and best wishes to Ann and Emily for your continued success.

Google Took my 10 year old son for a hair cut today, this was our first time going to Talking Heads. We were really pleased. The hair dresser was welcoming and very helpful in helping us decide what kind of hair cut to go for. The whole experience was good and my son was really happy with his new style, which was a bonus!!. Will definitely go to Talking Heads again and would happily recommend it to others . Louise
