Google I had to cancel an appointment with this salon and did so within the twenty four hour notice rules stated by .’fresha’ . The owner of the salon has refused to refund my deposit and also refused to allow me to transfer the £15 pounds towards another appointment .
I contacted ‘fresha’ who said despite what they state ‘policy’ it is ultimately up to the salon owner.BEWARE of booking this way , I will never use fresha again or Infinity Nails. Very poor customer service shows no loyalty to clients .
Owner Response:
Hi Glenn,
I’m sorry for the frustration.
Your appointment was Tuesday, but you called Monday when we were closed, so your voicemail couldn’t be actioned. Cancellations must be made via Fresha or confirmed with us during opening hours, and we can also be reached on Instagram, Facebook, Google, our site or email. As a small business we still cover staff costs for late changes, which is why deposits are retained.
I hope this gives some context and we’d be happy to welcome you back.

Google Great place with lovely people. Andrea did an amazing job on fixing my wife’s nails and made sure they were done without any pain or sensitivity. They look perfect, thank you ☺️

Google This team is highly professional and offers fantastic services! Eyebrow threading can be hard to find, but they do it exceptionally well. I’m also thrilled with my nail designs and LVL. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning!

Google I recently visited Infinity salon and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
The nail technicians are highly skilled and meticulous. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered flawless results. I opted for a gel manicure and a pedicure, and both turned out perfectly. The color selection is extensive, with plenty of trendy and classic options.
What impressed me the most was the hygiene standards. All tools were sanitized, and the workstations were spotless. It gave me great confidence in the care and safety measures taken by the salon.
Overall, Infinity salon exceeded my expectations. The quality of service, attention to detail, and friendly staff make it a top-notch choice for anyone looking for a fabulous nail salon experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!
