Google I had an awful experience at Foxy beauty. I booked in for a spray tan and came out with the worst spray tan I’ve ever had; my hands and feet are mahogany and patchy whilst the rest of my body is streaky and has dried with drip marks. The room they do the tans in is putrid, smells like a toilet and has an overflowing bin that smells equally as awful. There are sticky brown stains ALL over the room and there isn’t a clean surface to put your belongings down. Whilst I was getting changed, a member of staff walked out of the toilet (which is unfortunately housed in the back room where the tans take place). The room appears to be an old shower room but this hasn’t been cleaned in a very very long time, it is grimy and filthy. Whilst the customer service was passable, the product and location is like something out of a horror film. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for y our feed back about your visit to us on Thursday July 13th at 6.45 pm the last appointment after a 10 hour extremely busy shift the back room we do the tans in does collects the after spray of the tans even with the extractor it does tend to get every where and stays in the air until it settles so the brown sticky patches your referring it to after a busy day of tans we will clean each evening it’s cleaned ready for the next day as we are really busy with tans and treatments I am I saddened to read-it’s the worse tan you have had as this is the worse review we have had in 19 years !
I apologies for one member of staff in the toilet whilst you were about to get changed for your tan she should have made her self known… and I have spoken to the individual who is a new member of staff
There is a hanging rail on the back of the door for all clothes and bag
I do agree with the smell that comes and goes unfortunately that is from under the building which our land lord it’s sorting but out of our control and as frustrating to us as a very established business.
We are a very friendly
Professional salon I’m sorry to found that passable.!
But once again thank you for your review we are so sorry your experience with us wasn’t a good one for you .
