Absolutely fantastic service by the lovely Vicky. Went to several different laser hair removal places and the hair kept coming back. Just a few treatments here and there hair was completely gone. The place is cosy but clean, and hygiene is kept to a high standard. The nails are gorgeous too. A hidden gem! Highly recommend the laser hair removal

I came here for a Hollywood waxing appointment on 11 April. During the service, while I was undressed and the technician was preparing the treatment area, I was told that a laser hair removal device would also be used. This was not requested or agreed to in advance, and I was not provided with a clear explanation of the procedure or its risks before it was carried out.
I sustained a second-degree burn in a sensitive area. The injury involved blistering, significant pain, and required medical treatment, including oral and topical antibiotics and bandaging.
Before undressing, I recommend customers ensure they fully understand the risks and consent to any treatment before it begins. Based on this experience, I will not return.

I had a deep tissue massage with waxing also laser treatment felt so comfortable. Thank you very much will definitely be back again and definitely recommend it to everyone as you wont regret it
