had my nails done here and not even 4 days later picked up a really light box and barely even touched my nail and it flung off, 2 of them, do not recommend this place, they don’t care about your nails they just rush to get it done with, very overpriced they’re very rude and don’t communicate at all, this place has gone downhill i won’t be returning.

My granddaughter went and got her nails done just over a week ago,and the French tip design she asked for wasn’t cured properly and was easy to move the polish under the top coat 2 have chipped and done the nails incorrectly even after double checking with my granddaughter about the order of the nails the first time she got it wrong and even after checking she still got it wrong but cured it anyway .the staff are very rude and impatient.I was in utter shock when she came home telling me this .every time she has gone there she has called me explaining how they humiliated her in-front of everyone.and was very rude and unprofessional towards her .but she tried it one more time and the same thing had happened ! Wouldn’t recommend !!

Terrible! Would never go back. They are extremely rude. Me and my daughter went yesterday and despite spending almost £100 they treated us as though we were a nuisance. Hardly spoke to us but laughing and chatting with each other in a different language. They didn’t listen to our choices and were just rude.
It was my daughter’s idea and she left feeling really deflated.What a waste of time and money. Also the appointment time was at 1:30 but we had to wait until nearly three o clock because there was no organisation and walk ins just went first, leaving a lot of uncomfortable moments in a tiny room. I realised there was no point in complaining as they avoid talking to you at all anyway.
The look the girl gave my daughter at the end when she asked if she could use her student discount was disgusting, she’s lucky I chose peace over violence. My French tips were also wonky but the worst part was the service. Never recommending.

If I could have put 0 Starts I would have. Every staff member is Rude! Especially the boss.
If you love had nails done elsewhere they don’t want to do infills. Embarrassed me in a shop full of people.
Now I remember why I don’t use this pathetic excuse of a nails shop. I’d rather drive 40 mins to one that actually wants you in the shop. Hope your beauty salon does better
