I had booked an appointment originally for the 19th February via facebook messenger i was advised that the treatments were £275 each but she would discount and do both for £450 she confirmed this would include a 6-8 week top up.i confirmed and paid a deposit to secure the appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a message stating that she would need to change my appointment as she needed to go to the doctors to collect medication for her back and that she was having spasms which could result in her getting one whilst doing my treatments. I advised I had taken a day's annual leave and after going back and forth she agreed to do one treatment that day and the other on the Friday 21st. Bearing in mind she had previously admitted to possibly injuring me due to the spasms. I didn't sign any paperwork or declaration to confirm I was happy with this. But I did go ahead. Further to one treatment being done on the 19th she then cancelled again for the Friday 21st and asked if I could do the following Monday i had no choice but to accept, but then realised i already had my nails booked i had to message her to change to the thursday 27th. Further to having both treatments done I was initially happy with the result but after 2-3 weeks I noticed they had faded alot and I got in touch with her to say this and she advised the colour will darken back up after 6 weeks and then my top up would be done. I booked my top up with her for the 9th April for both treatments but yet again she messaged on the day and cancelled again due to her son having an operation and stated she could only do a sat appointment and the next one would be sat 3rd may. I stated I wasn't happy to wait this long as this will cause the overall result to suffer. She then came back saying the top up was complimentary anyway and needed to done within 16 weeks. This wasn't what she said originally tho. I asked if I could recieve 50% of what I paid so I could get them sorted elsewhere. As i had paid in full. She refused and told me that I had been offered an appointment within the time frame so no money would be refunded. I have tried liasing back and forth but the last message I recieved she told me she was going to file a claim of harassment.word to the wise do not book any treatments at this salon!!

Booked an appointment yesterday my friends paid for his upfront. Appointment was at 2.55pm and wasn't told she was cancelling until roughly 25 to 30 mins before appointment was told she tried looking for him on fb. When she had his mumber. A bit more notice would of been nice. . My friend is still waiting for his money back. Luckily enough there is a lovely shop down the road newly opened and they are great and friendly! No real explanation what so ever. Walked past and it was shut!
