The treatments were lovely - I had a wax and a pedicure, however, the technician had to sit on a cushion on the floor and her equipment was also on the floor. At least the Company could provide their employees with the proper equipment such as a stool and a trolley.
I was informed that they were getting new pedicure chairs, so I urged the technician to request tables, trolleys, and stools.
Also the decor is grey on the inside and really could be spruced up with a lighter colour.
Each time I have gone in, the place hasn't been that busy, and in a way one can see why. I prefer an independent salon to a nail bar as the service is more personal, so hopefully they will take some of the feedback on board so that business will pick up.

Had a pregnancy facial but there was little awareness of pregnancy needs. I.e I can’t lie on my back and that seemed to be a surprise. The facial was lovely but I was so uncomfortable the whole time I didn’t really get the benefit

The pedicure technician was nice — precise, and attentive. However, the salon itself no longer meets the same standards. The furniture is worn, the lighting too dim for detailed work, and equipment is placed on the floor due to a lack of proper trolleys. The entrance area was freezing cold. it's a shame, It has lost much of its cosiness.
