This salon is an absolute joke! I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. The service is shockingly unprofessional — they clearly don’t know how to do either a manicure or a pedicure. I was there last summer, and I have honestly never experienced such poor service in my life. The technique was terrible, the atmosphere uncomfortable, and the result so bad that I’m actually embarrassed to post photos. The person who did my pedicure spoke very poor English, which made it extremely difficult to explain anything at all. To make it worse, they charged £50 for a pathetic, basic pedicure. Completely unacceptable. This place is pure amateur hour and should be ashamed to call itself a salon.

I've been seeing jack and windy for a couple of months now and I can't praise them enough! Best nails ever! Great customer service, they know their trade and give great recommendations! They make you feel comfortable and they are very friendly and welcoming. Excited for the new salon ☺️

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Terrible experience from start to finish. When I arrived for my appointment I was left waiting for 15mins. Booked only for nail polish on hands and feet and always take my own polish. Half way through appointment the technician got up to deal with his regular customer without even excusing himself. After initial base coat applied I could see something was not right about the application and voiced it but was shut down by other senior members of staff who ridiculed me in another language after raising my concerns. Overly polite to their regular customers but stand off and closed to any new custom, no wonder they are never busy! My major concerns have arisen 2 weeks later when taking off the polish with remover..my natural nails are totally ruined and I wear my nails natural most of the time, will need to grow out completely which may take several months. I have no clue what they have done to damage my nails so badly. I went back to complain but was met with resistance and no accountability for their negligence. Waste of every and time. Awful experience

Do not go here!! Awful set of ombré nails…you could see the white underneath the pink, too small tips on my nails, asked for squoval nails got near enough coffin as tips were too small, refused to take them off unless I paid again, had a work event the day after getting them done and had to paint over the top myself. Would never go back again. Argued with me in front of customers, didn’t speak English while talking to each other, obviously talking about me. So rude and disrespectful. Disappointed is an understatement. No wonder it’s never busy!

Great experience for my first time getting my nails done here, had a pedicure and the technician was very skilled and the whole experience super relaxing, they even stram you legs and use hot stones, i'll definitely be back!

I decided to try this place as I wanted longer nails than what my usual salon could offer — and I’m SO glad I did! I got acrylic nail extensions with gel colour and they still look amazing two weeks later. At my old place, they’d be starting to lift by now, but these are going strong! The guy who did my nails was so friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. The salon itself is spotless, super trendy, and really relaxing — just a great vibe overall. And they offer super cool nail art! I will definitely be back!!♥️

Bourne End Nails is the best nail salon around! After trying many salons in Maidenhead & being disappointed, I am so glad I found Bourne End Nails. Jack always does my SNS perfectly and takes a lot more time / attention to detail than other salons. He always offers refreshments and runs to appointment times so you never have to wait. He recently did the most perfect set of nude nails for me which ended up being in all of my engagement photos ☺️ Would highly recommend!

Best experience I’ve had in a nail bar for a long time! Booked appointment and they were running on time. Friendly and professional staff. Lovely pedicure and manicure.

They also did my daughters nails for the first time and made it really special for her :)
