Google I gave 2 stars as I have visited this salon for years and never had a problem.
I went a couple of months ago and got a quick brow wax, which left me with a nasty burn. I would've gone straight back, but I was the last appointment of the day and the burn started stinging/showing half an hour after. I went the next day and they refused a refund as I paid by card and offered me a free brow wax in return. (Unsure why I would want to return for a brow wax considering they burnt me).
It's now 2 months down the line and it has scarred just below the arch of my brow.
To refuse me a refund and leave me with a scar is just not acceptable.

Excellent staff v professional, friendly and accommodating ( when you walk in without an appt)
Salon is clean and hygienic.
Would not consider going anywhere else for waxing threading and pedicures etc !!!!

Google Started using Nails and Brows in September. Very pleased with my pedicure and threading, the prices are very reasonable the salon is lovely ,Pari and the girls friendly and professional and a user friendly on line booking system and a loyalty card. 😊

Google Lovely ladies! I walked in, and they fitted me in 15minutes later for a pedicure.
The nicest pedicure I've had with the attention to detail! The attention to detail was phenomenal.
I paid £50 for gel removal and then gel varnish which I think was well worth the money.
