Been going here for years! Lovely friendly team.

Ask for Van when you book! I won’t gatekeep anymore as I’m moving away but she is so incredible talented, attentive and hard working. My nails are perfect every time, she’s brilliant! Thank you x

I’ve been going here for a while and it’s been fine. For my last appointment I waited 50 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. Everytime I asked how long, I was told a few minutes and then the women would talk amongst themselves in a language I didn’t understand. Clearly talking about me Nails are different lengths and very thick. Rude manager who shouts at people if they move their hand. I won’t be retuning this
Nail shop. There we way better places around.

I booked an appointment for shellac nail removal and a manicure. Arrived and the process started. At that point I saw a sign saying ‘cash only’, there was nothing in the window. I use my phone to pay for everything these days so I didn’t have cash. I said straightaway I don’t have cash, they said it had to be cash. I said what about a bank transfer, to which they said no because the manager wasn’t there. So I said I’d have to go home to get the cash in that case and to leave the manicure. I was then asked 3 times for my name and number, despite them already having it for my booking. So instead of doing my nails, I spent 45 mins travelling back and forth to the nail salon to pay them £9 for a take off. No apology either. Very frustrating, poor service.

I had a rather unsatisfactory experience with the pedicure. It seems that the person attending to me was new and lacked the necessary expertise in performing a pedicure.

I would not recommend. Worst nails ever.
Customer service awful, the owner of the shop actually shouted at me for accidentally moving.
Then I felt too uncomfortable to ask for corrections on the nails.
She was on the phone as she cut the nails down and never asked how long I wanted them. Then when she went to paint them she never asked me to wash my hands- just brush the dust away, then there was little dust marks in the paint.

The next day I went to a different salon to get my whole full set re- done and the new technician said the lady had used 3 different shapes on my nails.
I put this down to not concentrating because she was too busy trying to fit too many customers in, answering the phone and cutting my nails with her other hand 😂

This is a photo of ‘square oval’ nails apparently.
