I had been going monthly last year with my next door neighbour, we both always had our nails shaped and painted - nothing fancy. I had to pop in on my own one month, same thing as always just having my nails shaped and painted. They started the service then started talking in another language and then eventually the boss came over and said they wouldn’t proceed with painting my nails unless I payed first. This is the first time they’d asked me to do this. I believe they were thinking I was going to leave without paying for their services (apparently I looked like I didn’t want to pay the mighty sum of £10 that I’d already been paying for months prior) and so I haven’t been back since, nor will I visit again. Won’t be sad when this one eventually closes.

Really friendly and have done a beautiful job of my nails. It was a special trip out after an operation and they were very accommodating of me not being able to sit normally. The nail

I’ve been going to USA nails for some years now. Despite always booking, last time I was left waiting 40 minutes and this time an hour. It was only when I got up to leave that I was paid any attention. My gels were rushed leaving varnish around my nails. I should have said something at the time but to be honest I didn’t want to be there any longer. I didn’t have time for the pedicure or waxing. This was a pre holiday treat. I came out of the salon feeling upset and deflated

I start using this salon last year. Normally I use it once a month for a pedicure. Every time I book it to avoid long waits. Unfortunately I always get left waiting for a minimum of a hour to a 2 hours wait. Today people that just walk in with no appointment booked got seen and served before me. While the treatments are done with quality the waiting times (with booked appointments) it’s unacceptable. When asked how long it will be the answer it’s always the same (5 minutes), and today got told to go and pay for parking and come back!!! Very poor.

I have been going to USA Diamond nails in Chesham for nearly 10 years now. Even though I don’t live that close anymore I still travel out of my way to come here as I won’t go anywhere else.
I’m appalled to read the awful review further down. Implying that this establishment is racist is outrageous and completely untrue. NEVER EVER have I witnessed anything of the sort! People need to be very careful when making such accusations as this is slander which is an offence.
Annie and the girls work so hard and will always try their very best to accommodate everyone.
