Had a really enjoyable file and paint here. Watching music videos and chilling on a Sunday. But wasn’t watching what was happening to my nails. The cuticles were hacked and a couple bleeding. There was nothing wrong with my cuticles now they’re ragged. The guy used an electric file to smooth the nail and it’s thinned them so now they’re breaking. They looked great but I don’t know why they wanted to damage the nail for no reason.

I asked for Disney nails and wow these lovely ladies delivered even better than the photo I showed them.

They are very professional, kind and the salon is genially relaxing .

I usually only have gel polish because of my job, but today as I’m going away I decided to have acrylic ombré french nails! They are beautiful, so happy with the results. The staff are always friendly & very welcoming 💕

I have been to this place afew times, and been served by the mother and daughter . I have had pedicure and manure and shellac . Really poor service and rude behaviour . They talk about you in their language . The paint chipped off second day and does not last long at all. The paint was over the nails and generally awful work and does not last long at all . Do think twice before going here. It’s not worthet at all! I don’t think it’s a 1 star ⭐️

I got my nails done before my holiday. They started chipping within the first day of me getting them, and one nail even broke while on holiday, horrible experience. I also told them i wanted a pink colour before putting the white on for my french tip, and they even showed me a pink colour and i said yes however this colour wasn’t even added and it made my nail look messy. Won’t be coming back.

Don't bother making an appointment because they don't honour it. If someone walks in just before you are due they will make you wait.
If having non shellac make sure they che ck it is dry. Have got home twice with smudged nails!

Very bad experience with gel polish. The paint was so think it started peeling on day 4. The manicure was also not to a good standard either. When I went back to express my disappointment, staff was very dismissive. Rather than retaining a customer by offering to repaint, they asked to pay £8 to paint 4 nails. Absolute waste of time and money. Would never go back and recommend to anyone either.

Been coming here for years, always exceptional service. Have never had to book, just walk in. Cash only. Loyalty scheme. Great selection of polish colours. Foot rub and massage chair for pedicure is just the best!
