I always feel welcome and relaxed and we have great chats, they’re very LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse friendly

Loved getting my nails done with Maddy! We did pink sparkly nails with gold and black extensions for my birthday and they honestly lasted so long, Maddy was so quick at putting them on too, as well as being great vibes. Definitely recommend

The best nail expert I’ve come across by far. Sam at Hot Mess loves her craft and it really shows. She is very thorough, a perfectionist when it comes to even the smallest details. Sam is able to accommodate a wide range of requests, either a simple manicure or the most elaborate design can be done to the highest of standards!
A trip to Hot Mess is a great treat for the nails. I’ve been going to Sam for over 2 years and every manicure lasts weeks (easily 3 weeks or more depending on how fast the nails grow). I really hope Hot Mess continues to flourish as I can’t imagine going elsewhere.

I booked in to get my nails done with Sam as a birthday treat. And then again for my holiday... That was over 4 years ago and I've been every 4 weeks since then! Sam is absolutely amazing. Not only do her manicures last really well, her nail art is just phenomenal and she's just a genuinely lovely person who I look forward to seeing every month! I have a camera roll full of pictures of the beautiful mini works of art she creates again and again, photos I've attached are just the most recent ones. If you're looking for the best nail tech in Bristol, you've found her!
