Sophia is always so friendly and welcoming. I've been to have my nails done a few times, they're always available quickly without having to wait. I am always welcomed by name, offered excellent service and my nails always look great!

Perfect nails is the place to go if you want a good chat and great nails!
I have been going to this nail shop for over 5 years on and off. I have had my nails done by all the staff, and they all do such a brilliant job.
I feel part of the family when I walk in. We all talk and catch up with each other. They really care about the whole experience.
I refuse to go any other nail shop. I can't recommend this nail shop enough! Just give them a chance and you won't regret it. There is a reason they have so many returning customers.

I come here for regular pedicures and am always seen quickly or via appointment. The ladies are lovely and nails always last a long time ☺️

I had a disappointing experience here. While the nails themselves turned out nicely, the customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t greeted warmly—instead, I was met with comments like, “Why have you come at this time? You should come earlier,” and “I was planning to leave earlier but now I can’t,” which immediately made me feel unwelcome. I was also told to bring cash next time, which felt unnecessary and abrupt.

The service felt rushed, and there wasn’t much care taken during the appointment—it definitely wasn’t a relaxing experience. Although the technician later tried to be nicer by complimenting my appearance, it didn’t make up for the initial attitude.

Overall, despite the good quality of the nails, I wouldn’t return due to the lack of professionalism and customer care.

The ladies are friendly but the man is very rude. He managed to cut my finger (which made me jump) and then said it was my fault and ‘if I hadn’t jumped then that wouldn’t have happened’. I only jumped because he caught my finger. Very rude about it afterwards and pulls my hand when it’s not in the right place for him.

After trying many different nail bars and not being satisfied each time. I thought I'd give Perfect Nails a try. The place is very clean and welcoming with very friendly staff.

The nail technician doing my nails was really nice and his technique was perfect and quick, he had stated he had been doing nails for 16 years so very experienced.
I absolutely love my nails, will be returning. Pricing is good too.

I used this salon for the first time today; the ladies were so welcoming!! They chatted with me and another customer the whole time and the salon had a lovely feel about it. I loved my nails and I will definitely be a returning customer! Left feeling good and smiling! Thank you Ladies!
